Mid Season: $195/night
High Season: $265/night

For stays over 10 nights, we offer 5% discount
Monthly rates are quoted separately
Returning customers get an extra 5% discount

Terms and Conditions

- Minimum stay of two nights
- 20% charge upon confirmation of reservation
- Payments in cash upon check-in, or by credit cards (Visa, Master Card) via our secure server with a service fee of an extra 5%.
- We do not accept American Express.
- Security deposit must be made with a credit card
- Check-in time at 15:00 / Check-out time at 11:00 (times are flexible depending on availability)

Cancellation Policy

​- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 

- No charge

- Cancellation between 30 days up to 7 days prior to arrival 80% refund 

- No refund in case of cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival

- No show will lead to full charge of the total amount of the reservation
